Iona (Monarch)

Iona is a fictional character in the Scottish BBC drama TV series Monarch of the Glen. Iona is played by Scottish actress Kirsty Mitchell.

Iona is a local shepherdess in Glenbogle who seems to have a little crush on Laird of Glenbogle Paul Bowman-MacDonald. But does he feel the same way about her?

Iona nearly marries her fiance, Malcolm, but Laird Paul Bowman intervenes at the alter as he is supposed to be giving her away. The couple end up together.
