Caught in the Act (boy band)

Caught in the Act were a Dutch boy band. The band was established by record producer Cees van Leeuwen in 1993. There were four members of the group: Eloy de Jong, Bastiaan Ragas, Benjamin Boyce and Lee Baxter.

Their first hit was in 1995, "Love is Everywhere", which reached number 8 in Switzerland. Not enormously successful in the Netherlands, the band were extremely popular in Germany where they appeared on the soap opera "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten". They also had successes in Scandinavia, Australia, South Africa, Japan and South-East Asia.

Before their break-up in 1998, Caught in the Act released four albums—"Caught in the Act of Love" (1995), "Forever Friends" (1996), "Vibe" (1997) and "We Belong Together" (1998)—had fifteen hit singles and sold over 15 million singles and albums.

Benjamin Boyce and Bastiaan Ragas both went onto solo careers with varying degrees of success.
