Seattle Children's Hospital Research Institute

Seattle Children's Hospital Research Institute, the research division of Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center (Seattle), was established in 2006. [ [ About Children's History] ] Children’s research campus encompasses nearly two adjacent city blocks with a total of 1.5 million developable square feet in downtown Seattle, near the heart of one of the nation’s most advanced biotechnology districts. In 2004, the Treuman Katz Center for Pediatric Bioethics was established and became the first bioethics program in the United States to focus on pediatrics issues with a broad mission of research, consultation, education and training.
