"English Rose" could be considered the third
albumby Fleetwood Mac, released in January 1969 (see 1969 in music). It was originally a US-only compilation, combining 6 tracks from the UK-only "Mr. Wonderful" (*), 3 UK non-album single sides (**), two not-yet-released songs from the UK version of " Then Play On" (***) and one other previously-unreleased track (****). It overlaps the 1969 non-US " The Pious Bird of Good Omen" compilation LP by five songs (^).
It is available as of January 2007 as a Japanese import. It is also available on
BGO Recordsin the UK.
