From 1948 into the 1990s, the call letters "WAJC" belonged to a radio station in Indianapolis, Indiana, owned by Butler University, which transmitted at 104.5 FM. The "A-J-C" stood for "Arthur Jordan College, the university's college of fine arts, of which the radio/television department was a member.
