First Philippine Mount Everest Expedition

The First Philippine Mount Everest Expedition was the quest for the first Filipino to climb the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Everest and to put the Philippine flag on top of the mountain [ [ Filipino Everest climbers encourage Oro climbers to pursue dreams - Philippine Information Agency, 2006/07/04] ] .
