The allis shad ("Alosa alosa") is a species of fish in the Clupeidae family. It is found in Algeria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
