CNN en Español is CNN's Spanish language news channel. On March 17, 1997, CNN launched CNN en Español, a 24-hour Spanish-language news network for the Hispanic American and United States marketplace.

Mexico programming

In March 1999, CNN en Español launched an independent feed for Mexico. This exclusive signal of CNN en Español airs CNN Mexico: Perspectivas, a primetime newscast dedicated to covering important local, national and international events of special significance to Mexican viewers. CNN en Español’s Mexico feed also features InfoCinta CNN, an electronic ticker located at the bottom of the screen containing news headlines; stock and financial data; sports scores; local time; and weather information.

CNN en Español is available throughout Latin America and the United States[1]. In Canada, a number of the network's shows are simulcast on Tlñ en español.[2]
