Paradise Valley Hospital (PVH) is an 301 bed acute care facility in National City, California, USA. PVH is owned and operated by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. (PHS), a hospital management company located in Victorville. PHS was founded in 2001 by Prem Reddy, who acts as its present Chairman of the Board.



Paradise Valley Hospital was founded in 1904 by Ellen G. White, who helped to purchase 54 acres (220,000 m2) of land with the purpose of beginning a healthcare institution named Paradise Valley Sanitarium during the health reform of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Being part of the Adventist Health System for many years, Paradise Valley Hospital was sold to Prime Health Services in 2006.
