Honolulu University of the Arts, Sciences, and Humanities, or just Honolulu University, is an unaccredited school originally founded by Warren Walker as Golden State University in
California, United States. It was formed in 1987 and has been headquartered in Hawaiisince the early 1990s. It also has several offices in Asia. It is not to be confused with the [http://www.uhedu.net/ "University of Honolulu"] , which is not based in Hawaii, or with Chaminade University of Honolulu, which is a fully accredited university with its main campus in Honolulu.
Honolulu University is not accredited by any recognized accreditation body. As such, its degrees may not be acceptable to
employers or other educational institutions, and the use of its degree titles may be restricted or illegal in some jurisdictions.
