Opera is a "comune" (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 10 km southeast of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 13,395 and an area of 7.6 km².All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.]
