"Caribattus" is a spider genus of the Salticidae family (jumping spiders) with the single described species "C. inutilis". It occurs on Jamaica.


The genus name is combined from Caribbean and the common ending for salticid genera "-attus". The species name "inutilis" is Latin for "useless".
