"The Jewish Press" is an American weekly newspaper, geared toward the American Jewish community. It describes itself as "America's Largest Independent Jewish Weekly". Founded as a national weekly in January, 1960 by
Rabbi Sholom Klassand Raphael Schreiber, the newspaper has a religiously Modern Orthodox Judaismand politically conservative viewpoint and editorial policy.
