This is a list of awards, decorations, honours, orders and titles belonging to Charles, Prince of Wales, the eldest son of, and heir to, Queen Elizabeth II. In full: "His Royal Highness" The Prince Charles, Prince of Wales and Earl of Chester, Duke of Cornwall, Duke of Rothesay and Earl of Carrick, Baron of Renfrew and Lord of the Isles, Prince and Great Steward of Scotland.

Where two dates are listed, then the first indicates the date of the attaining of the award or title, and the second indicates the date of its loss or renunciation.

Commonwealth realms

In the Commonwealth realms, outside of the United Kingdom, where Prince Charles is a member of the national Royal Family, no official title is accorded to him through law. Instead he is addressed using his UK title, "His Royal Highness" The Prince of Wales, as a courtesy title.
