Seventh at Westlake Tower will be a 31 story, 426 ft (130 m) in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The lower 16 floors will be used as office space, and the top 17 floors will be 184 residential spaces. Construction was scheduled to end later this year. However, it is currently on hold.
