Annisquam Harbor Light Station is a historic lighthouse on Wigwam Point in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

The first light station was established in 1801. The current lighthouse was then built in 1897 and added to the National Historic Register in 1987. It is a cylindrical brick construction with a total height of 12.5 metres (45 ft), a workshop is attached to the tower. The light's focal plane is situated at 13.5 m (45 ft) above mean sea level. Every 7.5 seconds, it emits a white or red flash, depending on the bearing. A foghorn may be sounded with a single blast every 60 seconds.

The original wooden keeper's house from 1801 is still used as a housing for United States Coast Guard personnel who manage the site. In 2000, a major restoration of the tower was conducted by the Coast Guard.cite web|url=http://www.unc.edu/~rowlett/lighthouse/ma.htm|author=Rowlett, Russ|title=The Lighthouse Directory|accessdate=August 6|accessyear=2008]
