Antimaterialism

Antimaterialism is the philosophical position that opposes physical matter on every front, especially focusing on where matter intersects directly with human beings. As such, it is diametrically opposed to all things composed of flesh, especially genitals, hands, eyes, and brains. This view often sees the mind as being merely a product of the material brain, quite separate from the alleged spirit or soul, thus is almost always anti-intellectual.

Some antimaterialists are total ascetics who wouldn't hurt a fly; others advocate total annihilation of their materialist human enemies on behalf of the orders of their great, immaterial, purely spiritual god.
