Passport Panties LLC is a US company which manufactures underwear for women. The company's products are marketed to fit fashionable female lifestyles. The main product consists of a pair of nylon mesh panties in a variety of colors, packaged in a vinyl faux crocodile passport cover. The purpose of the packaging is for women to be able to discreetly carry a spare pair of underwear with them at all times.

The company was founded by friends Morgan Harbin, Mary Kay Bowden, and Kim Willson, all from Murray, KY, in July of 2005. Originally based in New York City, NY they now run their company from Houston, TX, Memphis, TN, and London, England. They supply their product wholesale to over 500 boutiques and shops worldwide, as well as sell retail on their website.
