Hima Douglas

] Douglas served as Niue's former High Commissioner to New Zealand, which is responsible for the island's defense and foreign affairs.

Douglas, a longtime Niuean MP, was defeated for re-election to Parliament by Niue's Secretary of Justice, Togia Sioneholo during the Niuean general election of June 2008.
