lysophosphatides
Mono-acyl derivatives of diacyl phospholipids that are present in membranes as a result of cyclic deacylation and reacylation of phospholipids. Membranolytic in high concentrations, and fusogenic at concentrations that are just sub-lytic. May have important modulatory roles.
